Ladies Cardio Kickboxing
Melissa is an ACE certified personal trainer and Level 1 certified kickboxing Instructor. She is a dynamic instructor who will teach these classes with the martial arts knowledge that is so often lacking in many cardio kickboxing programs

Kickboxing in our Martial Arts Program
The most common attack is someone attempting to strike you with their hands to your head. We cover the basics of how to defend and strike and progress to more advanced concepts and strategies as you become more skilled. In both our Junior and Adult program we mix in boxing training with Taekwondo and Jiu Jitsu Training.
With our teaching methods students are able to learn effective self-defense without the fear of being injured or hit aggressively.
