Taekwondo is the Korean art of self-defense, meaning "the way of the hand and foot." Students learn a variety of kicks, blocks and punches that are effective in neutralizing a threatening situation. Moreover, along with the Taekwondo training, adults are taught several knife and gun defenses. The techniques learned are the same ones that law enforcement use.
The most common attack is someone attempting to strike you with their hands to your head. From White belt to multiple degrees of black belt we cover the basics of how to defend and strike and progress to more advanced concepts and strategies as you become more skilled. This is combined with our Taekwondo training.

Beyond blue belt is the master cycle, which covers the 600+ techniques Gracie Jiu Jitsu offers.
