Rosemount ATA Staff
Our staff has over fifty years of combined teaching knowledge, we competent instruction and plenty of it. You won't find a class with one instructor and thirty kids. We run between 2 and 5 instructors in most classes to ensure we maintain a good student-teacher ratio. We strive to see every student feel like somebody cares personally about their martial arts understanding and advancement.
A well-run business employs people with strengths and expertise in each area of operations. Being a martial arts instructor does not always translate into being skilled in the many other business functions that are so important to customer satisfaction. Our CEO, Richard Schneider, holds a B.S. in Business Administration, the CFO, Kristin Schneider, holds an Associates Degree in Business, and the COO and Chief Instructor, Walter Johnson, holds a B.S. in Business Management.
Our program provides a mixed martial arts experience without the "tough guy" attitude; it is taught at an appropriate level for each student. We teach a combination of modern Taekwondo, Jiu Jitsu, and Kickboxing. In addition to our mix martial arts training, we offer Graice Jiu Jitsu only classes. No matter if you are 4-years-old or 60+, you will benefit from learning each of these important aspects of self-defense. Training in these three areas allows a student to be a well rounded martial artist.
Our goal is to ensure that each student attains a series of short term goals as they work towards each colored belt and ultimately the culmination of this effort completed in the attainment of one or more degrees of Black Belt.
All students that earn their black belt are measured by their personal achievements and their character. We always maintain that students that earn their belts with us have black belt character.
